It's looking like a nice afternoon is on the way so I'll keep this short and sweet.  We're mid garden makeover so want to make the most of any half decent weather whilst we can

I actually made this card a few months back for the tv launch of a new Colorista set from

Crafters Companion.  Me being me though, ie not much of a stamper, decided to use them in a different way.  Well it is all about thinking outside the box, right?

These beauties were crying out to be in a vase.

I'm popping in with a quick post today as I've a zillion things to get on with.

I'm a busy bee with design team work at the moment.  All of which will be revealed soon.

So, today's card is showcasing another one I made using Sara's Signature Collection - Little Angels available from Crafters Companion

I'm in love with these gorgeous baby bits.

Hello from a miserable Glasgow.

We've had a lovely weekend weather wise but alas, today it's back to dull, grey skies.  The weatherman definitely doesn't like us.  We live in hope though :)

I have fallen in love with this collection.  It's just so sweet and pretty.  It's great too that it's not all pinks and blues.  So if you don't know the sex of the baby you can still make something gorgeous.

Hiya Crafty Buddies 

I did a few samples a couple of weeks ago for one of Crafters Companion shows on Hochanda.  The whole programme was dedicated to Sara's Little Angels Signature collection.

Have you seen it?  A full range of gorgeous bits all co-ordinated to make your new baby cards

For this card I used 12x12 paper pad and The Friendly Elephant die.
How cute is that wee elephant? 
We were asked to only use the collection as far as possible. So once I had constructed bow card I only added a few pearls and the sentiments which I printed off from the pc.

Big Girls Bloomers

Hi Everyone

I'm trying my best to keep my promise to blog a bit more.  Sometimes by the time I've uploaded to instagram, pinterest and facebook I am all typed out and have quite literally run out of steam

Anyway, here's one I've just finished.  The bried was for a 'fun card' so I opted for

I coloured her up using Spectrum Noir Markers.  (I'll list them below)

Papers are from Poundland.  Have you noticed they are stocking some a4 pads now?  Not all of them are that nice but I always have a quick look now just incase.

Mother's Day

Hello there

Just a quick post this afternoon showcasing one of the lovely new
Mother's Day graphics from Teddy Bo.  
I'm saying Mother's Day but this one would do for any occassion really.

I've coloured her up with Spectrum Noir markers and colourblend pencils.  The papers are scraps I had laying in me stash and the sentiment was a freebie from a magazine.

Birthday Bottle

Hello

It's sneaky peek time :)

Coming your way very soon are these fabulous foil transfers from Crafters Companion
Sara showed them  off  over on HSN already and they went down a storm

Now, I am in no way an expert in this field (I wasted too many ahem quite a few) but I got there in the end.

I thought they would look good on this bottle, and they do. Pic doesn't do it justice really.

Two coats of chalk paint, then the foils and a coat of spray varnish was all I did to this apart from adding the ribbons and flowers at the end.





I absolutely love how this turned out.  So when they finally hit the store I'll be adding them to my basket and having a wee bit of a home decor crafty day or two, maybe even three as some of my teamies have given me some fabulous inspiration for them.

Have you heard that the lovely Gayle of Teddy Bo is drawing those gorgeous bears again?.

Yup our furry friends are back with a whole load of cuteness.
 Excited much here as I do love those bears.  

I am so glad that now she is all settled in Canada, Gayle's had a rethink and decided to open shop once again.  Eeeeeeeeek

Colorista Dark

Hiya Everyone

I've some fabulous new products to share with you this morning.  I was blown away with the new launch from Crafters Companion.  Colorista Dark 6x6 pads,  Exquaite Florals and Under The Sea.  The Colorista Dark Tags are a mixture of both and then the most fabulous metallic pencils to use with them.  These really are yummyand colour up a dream.

These pads have spot UV which outlines on magnificent patterns for the adult colourist.  Basically the images are raised, like heat embossed but on a higher level.

The lauch was on Hochanda last night and will be shown again today

If you get the chance be sure to tune in.

Here's a couple of my makes. 

This was from the tags books.  As soon as my DT package arrived I knew exactly what I was doing  with these.  For some reason they were shouting 'banner' at me

 

Next up I have a card, plain and simple to show of these fabulous images. 

This literally took around thirty minutes to make.  They really do colour up quickly.

So, that's it for today girls.  Do have a peep at the shows if you have a spare minute it will give a much better insight to these fabulous prodcuts than I ever could,#

 It's time to for me, Anne,  to share my last Design Team card for the very lovely MiRan.   She has decided to close the blogs and stop drawing for the moment, but I am sure we will see her beautiful artwork again soon, just in a different form.

Hiya Crafters

Was the Valentine Fairy good to you all yesterday?  Or, like us, is it all a bit ho hum?  We do exchange cards and a wee gift but since it's the hubsters birthday too we usually celebrate that

Anyway, I did make him a card.  A huge one - 10x8 and it took an age to colour but I love how it turned out

I'm guessing you all recognise the Teddy Bo image.   I coloured  with Spectrum Noir Illustrator and Original markers and a tiny wee hint of Sparkle pen on those hearts.
