keep it clean

Hi girlies
I've not had a chance to post today although I've done a fair bit of blog hopping and left a comment or two lol
This very plain card covers two challenges this week. You've no idea how difficult this was lol. I sooooooooooooo wanted to put some lovely papers on, as you do!
The second challenge over on Creative Card Crew is to 'keep it clean' Make you card using no fancy papers at all. How hard is that to do?? I lurve me papers!!!!
The fabulous prize on offer this week is a set of the new Clare Curd Signature Range Sentiments Stamps, I'm drooling here already lol
Now, last week I was lucky enough to win the challenge on A Spoon Full of Sugar so I just had to try my luck again this week:) Their theme is Gems and a gorgeous Sporty Edwin stamp is up for grabs - do you think I could be lucky two weeks in a row??
The stamp is by Personal Impression, one I've had for an age in my stash, stamped straight onto the card and again onto another piece of card so I could layer up the larger flower. Border is cut with the cuttlebug, and has some stickles added for an extra bit of glam (had to do something with to brighten it up) I finished it off with some gems in the centre of the flowers and a lovely parchment butterfly one of my forum buddies made.
I honestly am not sure about this one, it's just toooooooooooooo plain for me, I prefer a more busy card but there ya go!
Hugs
