dance like no one is watching

Hiya everyone
It looks lovely out but it's freezing.  The hubster is out doing a bit of gardening whilst I try to catch up with some cards.  I've a mountain to get through before we leave on our jollies ext weekend.

Anyway, today I've a little altered jewellery box to show you.  I made it a few weeks ago now with the gorgeous freebie from All Dressed Up Facebook Group


This is my first attempt at something like this but I'm chuffed to bits with how it turned out.
I used a chalk based paint, giving it a couple of coats before sanding back the edges.  Once I'd added the gorgeous Twinkletoes  and sentiments I added a few coats of was to protect it.


As you can see it got a lovely sheen to it.
I couldn't resit adding a couple of flowers to the top :)
