This is Peekaboo Boy I dare anyone to say their children didn't have great fun doing exactly this over and over and even over again lol
I've not a scooby where the card came from, found it in me stash so rather than cut into it I just used it for the card as it's a nice heavy weight. I coloured the image with my usual copic markers, cut the little bottle and rattle with my cricut and then added some Diamond Glaze and stickles in places although you can't really see that in the pic. I finished off with a bit of ribbon, a couple of buttons and a few flat backed pearls.
