Oh wow ladies what a treat is in store for you all tonight.
Make sure you tune into Hochanda at 8pm for a one day special from Crafters Companion, packed full of inspirational demos using some fabulous, and I do mean fabulous artwork from the very talented Marylin Roberston.
Being part of the TV design team means that of course I made a couple of cards for the show,
There is a CD packed with loads of pre coloured images, backing papers, sentiments etc. Then, some beautiful a5 stamps, embossing folders and dies to die for!! I squealed with delight when it all arrived. There was a lot of happy dancing :)
This first one is totally digital and purely for my own enjoyment. I do love a wee play around with my graphics programme now and again.
The other ones are all using those huge a5 stamps, backing papers from the CD and of course those gorgeous dies and embossing folders.
I started out with a little wooden heart which I covered with some lovely First Editon Christmas papers. The stamp I coloured with copics and once it was dry I very gently dampened the back and rubbed as much of the paper off as possible without damaging the image. I then decoupaged this onto the heart and added three coats of modge podge.
A little braid round the edges, a ribbon and a few glitter dots finished it off.
Thanks so much for stopping by, have a great weekend Anne x
First off, we had our last holiday this year to our second home in our beloved Turkey. Then Mum decided she needed her three bedrooms decorated. Yes three!!!! So, as you can imagine I have been rather busy of late.
I do have some great news though. Well two lots actually.
Firstly I am super excited to tell you that I have been accepted onto the Crafters Companion Design Team. Eeeeeeeekkkkkkkkkkkkkk
Secondly, at long last Gayle of Teddy Bo is drawing once again and it is a card with one of her new images that I have to show you today.
Hello Everyone I'm praying Mr Blogger plays nicely and posts this as at the moment I am having some relaxation time at our second home in Turkey. We're enjoying being away from the terrible Scottish weather and awakening to sunshine in the morning. Wish we could stay forever.
Today's card is showcasing on of Miran's latest girls. Isn't she sweet. I killed two birds with one stone with this card as I needed one for myself and this gorgeous girl was just perfect.
Coloured as always with copics. papers - Lidl sentiment - made on pc flowers from me stash and a selection of dies
If you'd like to buy this gorgeous girl then head on over to the shopbut be prepared to spend more than a few pennies as all of the images are brilliant
Thanks so much for stopping by. Have a brilliant weekend. I know we will :) Anne x
