Tea for Two

Morning Crafters

It's dank, wet and downright miserable here in Glasgow this morning so, it's going to be a stay at home day for me.  If I'm lucky once I've got the few bits and bobs that need sorting done I'll have time to get the markers out.  Funny how those wee pens create a sense of peace and tranquillity :)

Anyway, today's card is another cutie from the Teddy Bo July bundle.

I had great fun with this one.  Gayle gave us the cute Bea and Molly having a cuppa but I decided they were having afternoon tea and drew in a window and some curtains and I just love how it turned out.  There's nothing better than 'ladies who lunch'

Big Girls Bloomers

Hi Everyone

I'm trying my best to keep my promise to blog a bit more.  Sometimes by the time I've uploaded to instagram, pinterest and facebook I am all typed out and have quite literally run out of steam

Anyway, here's one I've just finished.  The bried was for a 'fun card' so I opted for

Big Girl Bloomers from Bloobell Stamps

I coloured her up using Spectrum Noir Markers.  (I'll list them below)

Papers are from Poundland.  Have you noticed they are stocking some a4 pads now?  Not all of them are that nice but I always have a quick look now just incase.

A selection of dies and a sentiment or two finished it off

Was the Valentine Fairy good to you all yesterday?  Or, like us, is it all a bit ho hum?  We do exchange cards and a wee gift but since it's the hubsters birthday too we usually celebrate that

Anyway, I did make him a card.  A huge one - 10x8 and it took an age to colour but I love how it turned out

I'm guessing you all recognise the Teddy Bo image.   I coloured  with Spectrum Noir Illustrator and Original markers and a tiny wee hint of Sparkle pen on those hearts.

Floral Delight

Hi Everyone

I'm trying to keep to my word and do a wee bit more blogging than I did last year.  Hasn't Facebook, Instagram and the like really taken over from blogger.  Not to mention the horrid changes they've made on here.  It really is an effort for me now

Anyway, enough of the moaning. Let's get onto my card for today.  I thought I would do Mother's Day, just because .......

Oh wow ladies what a treat is in store for you all tonight.

Make sure you tune into Hochanda at 8pm for a one day special from Crafters Companion, packed full of inspirational demos using some fabulous, and I do mean fabulous artwork from the very talented Marylin Roberston.

Being part of the TV design team means that of course I made a couple of cards for the show,

There is a CD packed with loads of pre coloured images, backing papers, sentiments etc.  Then, some beautiful a5 stamps, embossing folders and dies to die for!!  I squealed with delight when it all arrived.  There was a lot of happy dancing :)

This first one is totally digital and purely for my own enjoyment.  I do love a wee play around with my graphics programme now and again.

The other ones are all using those huge a5 stamps, backing papers from the CD and of course those gorgeous dies and embossing folders.

All coloured with Spectrum Noir markers which are also available on the website

Do try to catch one of the shows girls.  I promise you won't be disappointed.  The first one was aired at 7am but they are being repeated throughout the day,

Thanks for popping in,  Have a good old crafty day

Anne
