mystical and magical

Hi girls
This is my second post of the day.  You'll find my Totally Papercrafts DT card here 

Here it is, my very first card for Polka Doodles.
There's a new challenge starting this morning and we'd love you to play along with our theme

MYSTICAL and MAGICAL 

For this week it's our Stashbox challenge which means we can use an image from another company on our work so I've coloured up this little cutie from The Paper Shelter 


I've coloured as usual with me copics, but I must say I'm getting a bit sick of replacing and refilling them.  
It's costing an arm and a leg every other month.  Don't know if I'm maybe laying down too much ink.  Anyway rant over and back to me card.  The papers are from The Pretty Sweet CD available from the shop along with loads of other yummies and free shipping too so do pop over for a wee nosey around.
I created the flowers from some of the papers, adding a wee silver bead in the middles for a bit of bling, lace and doiley are from me stash.  So that's my effort girls, I hope I've inspired you to play along.

    gorgeous card Anne :-) the image is lovely and the shades of blue and the rolled flowers are fab :-)

    as for copics, I rarely refill mine ,,when I use the airgun it does use more but generally they last ages ! Could the card you use be absorbing alot ??

    This is so pretty Anne! What a lovely whimsical image. Glad you commented on the airbrushing - I've been holding off on getting the gun, as I could imagine that it really ate up the ink. I just love the effect it gives though!?
