Better late than never

Good evening girls

Sorry I'm so late with today's card, no excuses apart from far too much blog hopping lol

Anyway this little lady is one of the latest downloads from Sketching Stamper, I actually bought her about two weeks ago but never got around to using her till now. Isn't she pretty? The papers are Funky Fairies Gorjuss Ginghams and all the other little bits are from my stash.

I followed Maxine's fabby sketch on Creative Inspirations blog for this one although I've stretched it a bit to make a DL card for a change.

B is for Birthday, Beautiful and Bloom

Hi girls
I finally managed to get a card done tonight. At one point I thought I'd never get it finished. My daughter (18) has been in a chatty mood the whole night and continually came in and out my craft room for a chat, they pick the times don't they lol
Anyway this beautiful girlie is the one of Christine's new downloads from Sketching Stamper. She released two new ones tonight and the other one is every bit as yummy!!!
I'm entering this card into two challenges.
I've sewn the papers onto this card which fits in with the challenge over on Cute Card Thursday this week and also the Rainbow Lady. The challenge there is all about the letter 'B' so as this is a birthday card with a beautiful image and a big bloom I'm hoping it's ok for that challenge too.

Sitting Pretty

Hi Girlies
I hope every one's having a lovely start to the Easter holiday:) and having some nice weather to get out and about for a while.
I followed the sketch set by Jacqueline for the challenge on Friday Sketchers this week. Have you seen her blog girls??? Her cards are stunning!!!
The Rainbow lady has a nice easy one this week too. 'Dangly Bits' Make of that what you will lol. Anyway onto me card before my mind drifts off elsewhere lol
Papers are OLD but I'm so sick of filling up my bits and bobs box with largish pieces that I'm going to make a conscious effort to use up my stash before I buy any more. Let's face it we're the only ones who know what's in and what's not. I've never yet had a customer say 'oh that's last seasons papers' lol So come on girls - scrap your stash as the saying goes. Vicky, the gorgeous girlie is from Sketching Stamper, coloured with copics although I soooooooooooooo need more of these to do a bit of shading etc.
Hope you like her

Sitting Pretty

Hi girlies
Isn't Tara just the cutest thing sitting there among the flowers.
This card is on order but I thought I'd enter it into the the first challenge over on Creative Card Crew. The girls there have given out a nice easy challenge. Do you think they're breaking us in gently? As long as you card has green on it you can enter. The sponsor this week is Shelley of One Stop Crafts, who has kindly donated the most yummy swirls stamp set.
I'm also entering into a challenge with a difference. Karen of Charmed Cards has the most amazing candy to give away. Are you ready for this girls .......................
72 copic markers yes, you've read it correctly, 72 markers for blog candy providing you enter a card made with a download and hand coloured. How generous is that? I'm drooling here just thinking about it!!! Make sure you check this one out girls. Don't miss out on this chance, you have until the 10th April to submit your card.
Now, onto the card. The image as I've said is Tara from Sketching Stamper, I printed her out twice and pop dotted the flowers for extra dimension. Papers are from kaboodledoodles Morris Dance Kit. Aren't they pretty? I chose this kit for winning the Charizma Cardz Challenge. I finished the card off with some stickles on the flowers and just added the sentiments.

Say Hello to Vicky

Isn't she cute. I fell in love with her as soon as I seen her on the Sketching Stamper site and just had to have her.
This card is for this weeks Spoon Full of Sugar challenge, which is a gorgeous sketch by Michelle.
Papers are Laura Ashely, with basil card stock mats, image is coloured with primas and the flat beads and flowers are from my stash. Thanks for looking!

Don't forget to check out the candy bar girlies, I posted some new ones earlier today.
Hugs
Anne x
