need for speed

Evening girls
I'd a little play this afternoon and managed a wee card for a couple of challenges.  Seems like forever
since I made something just because.......................

The image is Kenny K, coloured with copics and a little diamond glaze on the car headlights.  The papers are part of a scrapbook kit from Summer Driggs.  I opened them with my graphics programme and added the flashes (is that what you call them?) before printing them out.    It worked quite well I think since the same sort of design is on the car anyway.  Brads are ancient and from me stash.
challenges:-
Kenny K - add metal
Cards for Men - clean and simple
Craft your Passion - anything goes
Papertake Weekly -  anything goes

just for fun

Hi girls
I've been playing today.  It seems ages since I've made a card just because I felt like it.
I really should be cleaning up after all our visitors for the birthday girl yesterday but the dust can wait.
I can't write me name in it yet so it's fine lol

The image as I'm sure you'll recognise is by Kenny K, coloured with copics.  Papers are a freebie from Summer Driggs. which I've torn, distressed  with black ink and some white acrylic paint.  Lace and flowers are from me stash.

challenges:
The Crafty Pad - lots of texture
Kenny K Crafty Girls - Anniversary blog hop
OSAAT - anything goes
The Paper Variety - photo inspiration
Simon Says- anything goes
Stamptacular Sunday - sketch

Thanks for stopping by Anne x

Happy Thanksgiving

Hi girls
Did you all have a good weekend? Hopefully your all fine and dandy and ready for another challenge over on Karen's Doodles. It's my lovely team mate Nancy who will be your host this month so please pop over and say hello.
Her first challenge is nice and simple too

HAPPY THANKSGIVING - BE THANKFUL

Now, here in the UK we don't celebrate Thanksgiving so feel free to make a card relating to anything your thankful for:)
I've used my wee favourite Bigsby. The apple is bigger than him lol. Cute as a button eh? The image is called apple of my eye which I've coloured with copic markers and you'll find him and all the other cuties in Karen's store. The papers are a free kit I got from the very talented Summer Driggs, aren't they delicious!!!! I've kept the card pretty simple, only adding a couple of snaps to embellish as I didn't want to distract too much from the image.
So there you have it girls. I hope you'll pop over and join the fun. Thanks for stopping by

challenges:
Colour Throwdown - colour challenge
One Stop Crafts - anything goes
