Morning girls
Sorry for the lack of visits this week but once again I'm up to my eyes in it.  We're going on holiday on Thursday for three weeks and am desperately trying to get all my DT cards done and scheduled.  Then there's the house to sort, fridge and freezer to fill for my daughter who will be home and one hundred and one other things to do.  Oh and maybe then I'll get the suitcases from the loft and packed to go lol

My thoughts and prayers lie with all those affected by the devastating tornado and storms which struck in Oklahoma yesterday.  I'm forever complaining about our awful weather here in Scotland but we're so lucky not to suffer the loss of precious life and such devastation due to the weather.  My heart goes out to those who lost their loved ones and their homes.

Today's card is for our new challenge on Crafty Sentiments Designs and this week it's all about buttons.

Brrrrrrrrrrr I'm chilled to the bone and have been for the past few days.  Whilst it's not exactly brilliant sunshine it's not terribly cold out either so am keeping everything crossed I'm not coming down with something nasty!

...all week no blog!!!

To cut a long story short my pc had a complete hissy fit last Monday.  So much so that it needed to go in for repairs.  The only solution was to wipe the HD!!!  Luckily I've an external drive which I save all my digital papers and images to so nothing much was lost but omg I felt as though I'd lost me right arm.

Anyway, I got it back late Saturday afternoon and spent from then and most of Sunday installing me bits and bobs so we're off and running again at long last.

I've even a card for you.  Late for the challenge on Crafty Sentiments Designs which this week is

MONOCHROMATIC

but I'm sure the girls will forgive me:)

It's day four of seven of the new release from Crafty Sentiments Designs.

Some of me teamies have been showcasing all week but with my visit to Paris last week I just couldn't get another card sorted so this is the only one from me but wow I do love these blooms.

Aren't they pretty?  Perfect for Mother's Day, a female birthday and lots more:)

I stamped twice so I could layer the blooms.  It's not showing too well in the pic but it's actually quite dimensional.  It's coloured with my usual copic markers and I then added a little stickles to the centres for a wee bit of sparkle.

Well Paris was fanbloodytastic!!!!!! I loved it, so did hubby. We really had a ball.  So much to see, I'm a big fan of cities and  Paris certainly didn't disappoint.  I only wish we'd gone before now but I will return SOON.

Well here we are at Friday already.  Christmas seems like an age away now doesn't it?  Anyone started their cards for next year yet?  lol  I've been working on some Valentine's ones one of which I have yo show you today.  Crafty Sentiment Designs have a couple of new digi's out so of course I had to have a little play plus a friend asked me to make one for her hubby so killed two birds with one stone:)

I've something different, well for me anyway, to show you this today. 

I've decided I'm going to make some things other than cards this year and first on my list is a calendar or two which I can use as gifts come next Christmas. That's the plan anyway:)

brrrrrrrrrrrr it's a chilly one here.  Not that that's anything new but it seems colder for some reason today.  Just the excuse I need to play in me craft room.  Yip, I'm going to have a colouring day with lots of coffee me thinks:)  Everyone is at work so I've the house to myself and no one to please but me:)
