I hope your all fine and dandy and enjoying this lovely weather we're having at the moment. It's great not to be all wrapped up against the cold and rain for a change.

This is Honeypot Larry, cute as any bug I've ever seen. Coloured as usual with my copics and a little stickles for a bit of sparkle on his wings. Meet Bumble Bee Larry. How cute is this little fella? I've coloured him with my usual copic markers and added a little stickles to his wings just for some added sparkle. I cut the flower with my cricut, run it through my cuttlebug and used that instead of the usual plain backing, seems to work lol The papers are Doodlebug and the other bits and bobs are from me stash.

Finally!!! A card

Hi girls
I've finally managed a card, the first since I came home from me jollies:( I just can't seem to find me mojo, it must still be laying in the sun in Turkey.

I'd already coloured the image with my prisma pencils and blended the colours with some mineral spirits before I went. He's one of the May releases from Digital Delights. PC Peyton, isn't he a handsome little chappie? So right for any little boys cards, or even Father's Day.
Papers are a mix of imaginisce and DCWV, backed with some pearlised white card and the little embellies are cut with my cricut.
So there you have it girls, I'm off now for a little hop to see if I can find myself some inspiration

It's another scheduled post from me:) I just hope Mr Blogger is being a good boy while I'm away.
It's time for another challenge on Delightful Sketches and Challenges and this fortnight our theme is texture.

So, how you interpret 'texture' is entirely up to you. I've gone with buttons and some ribbon.
Now, how cute is this little lady? Isn't she gorgeous, 'Rainy Day Dilly Duck' , check out the facial expression, love it!!! Coloured with my usual copic markers, papers are Basic Grey and the other bits and bobs are from me stash.

Digital Delights - new releases and a sketch

Good morning girls
Well the sun is shining a little here in Glasgow but if the past few days are anything to go by it will be cold as the day goes on. It's hard to believe we're mid May and the weather is so awful:(
Anyway, as the title says it's new release day over on Digital Delights and boy do we have a treat for you!!! They are all available as single images or as a complete set in both black/white and colored, all complete with JPEG and PNG files.

This fornight over at the challenge blog we've a fantastic sketch for you to follow. Feel free to flip or rotate it to suit yourself but please do play along as we luvs to see your creations:)

I've used Fireman Peyton for my card. How cute is he? I'd not even finished it when my daughter claimed it for her Godson's birthday in June as he loves firemen!! I've coloured him with my usual medium, copic markers. I've not a clue about the papers, they've been in me stash since the year dot as have the ribbons and big buttons

Morning girls

Over on Delightful Sketches and Challenges this week we'd love to see your creations using your punches.

Please excuse my poorly embellished card:( We've decided to sell our house and buy a nice new town house. So, because the estate agent was coming yesterday to take some pics I've had to pull my little craft room apart and put a bed etc back in the room. My poor bits and bobs are everywhere and ofcourse my embellies have done a runner lol. So that's my job for today, get it sorted so I can continue to craft a little while we wait for a buyer.
Papers are Doodlebug and a piece of lovely shimmery turquoise paper, the name escapes me at the moment (am not doing to well am I lol) Two eyelets, only because I'd the image already coloured with my copic markers and mounted, finished off with a bit of red ribbon for good measure.
Jings I've waffled on this morning:( Anyway we're sponsored this fortnight by the fantastic Simon Says Stamp and the prize is a $20 gift cert to spend in their store!!

It's almost time for another Digi Day Challenge Event over on Digital Delights SNR Group

Our Theme this month will be Birthday.

You will need to create a project of any type using Digital Delights or CDS Creations by Louby Loo images and of course follow the Birthday theme.
When you've completed your project upload it to the SNR gallery and tag it digitaldelightsbirthday10

This is Peyton, he was part of the last release from Wendy of Digital Delights fame. Isn't he a little sweetheart? It just so happens I've a birthday card needed for June so when Wendy gave us the choice of which image to use I thought why not get ahead of myself for once!!

I've coloured the image with my usual copic markers, the papers are DCWV which I've also used to cut a few shapes with my cricut using good old George cart to form part of the embellishments for the card. Buttons and bling are from my stash and as I'm sure you've guessed already the sentiment was pc generated.
So there you have it girls, I do hope you'll play along as we really do enjoy visiting your blogs to see all the wonderful cards you create:)

First off I made my Easter card for a challenge, when I couldn't find it it the shop I emailled Wendy asking for the link. I'd only used an image that wasn't to be shown till today (duh)
