Sorry for the lack of posts this week but I have been a busy little beaver, so much so I've hardly had time to turn around never mind blog:(  I hate weeks like that!!!

Anyway today's card is one I made last week for Nikky to showcase her fab new CD on Create and Craft.

Have you seen the gorgeous Fredericka Collection?  Check it out girls!!

This is one of the pre coloured images available on the CD.  Great for those lat minute quick cards well all need to make.  She's also in digi form though so you can colour her up yourself if you want but I was being lazy , plus Nikky needed the samples asap.

If you've been watching the Facebook page you'll have noticed that Nikky has excelled herself once again and drawn a load of 'grown up' images.  We can't have cute all the time eh?

I'd left this without a sentiment as I wasn't sure what I was going to use it for.  The next day I got a comission for a young female birthday.  Woooooooohoooooooo job done!!

Absolutely perfect for my cousin's wee one who just loves to 'fix' things.  He has his own wee box filled with plastic tools so this is perfect for him.  His birthday is a few months off though so I'm early with a family card for a change:)

Brrrrrrrrrrr it's freezing here this morning.  I went out with the bin and almost got blown of my feet the wind is so strong, and we won't mention the white stuff swirling around my head.  I think I'll be staying indoors today in the hope that Mr Mojo shows his face:)

Sorry for the lack of posting this week but Mr Mojo has well and trully did a runner on me:(  I just can't seem to motivate myself.  I've DT work and commissions to get through but I'm sitting here with complete crafter's block!! eeeeeeeeeeeek Someone send him back please.

Well it's another horrid day here.  What's new eh?  The sky is so heavy it feels like it's sitting on top of my head:(  I'm sooooooooo longing for some sunshine and blue skies.

Are any of you off out to celebrate Saint Patricks Day?  There's lots going on here in Glasgow but we usually steer well clear as it's all about football :(  Awful isn't it?

Hi girls

What's this bleedin' weather like?  Snow to beautiful blue skies and bright winter sunshine all morning so far here in Glasgow.  There's a mighty wind too though so it's rather chilly out to say the least.  Sitting here at the moment in me wee craft room the sun is streaming in the window, enough that I can actually feel it.  Queer weather for sure:)

So, who bought lots of new crafty stash at the SECC?  Is the credit card maxed?

I'm not one for the craft fayres to be honest but may or may not pop along this afternoon.  I hate all the hustle and bustle when I can sit here quite comfy and browse the net for what I want so we'll see what happens later in the day:)

yaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy it's Friday:)  The weeks seems to have flown by though as I've been a busy bee so much so that I've googely eyes with too much colouring lol although today's creation is a print and go job!!
It's for the new challenge starting now over on Polka Doodles and this week it's all about

and the prize for this week is the Candy Doodles CD

 I decided to alter a little gift bag this week for a change.  All the elements are from the Cherry Blosson Lane CD. I inked the edges of the papers and this gorgeous rose which I printed three times , before pop dotting it so it's standing proud from the bag.  A  few spellbinders border cuts and a little bit of lace along the top edge finished it off.
If any of you happen to have a Home Bargains  near you these little lunch bags are 10 for 89p, just thought I'd throw that in:)
So, there you have it girls.  I'm hopefully, over the weekend, going to get around to making a matching card.

I've something a little different to show you.  I was asked it I could make a wine bottle  cover and a little matching money wallet.  Never one to forego a challenge I got to it.

I coloured this cutie with Flex markers, then did the same with the butterfly from the same stamp set and added that for her wings. Talking of Flex markers I'm still on the fence with them.  I can't seem to get the shading right at all and I find them very, very wet compared to me copics.   Lot's and lot's more practice needed me thinks:(

Happy Valentine's Day.  Did the hubster treat you to something nice?  

Our house is a bit different on Valentine's Day as it's hubby's birthday too and he's reached a milestone this year.  The big 50 has arrived!!!  We've nothing planned for tonight, but tomorrow we're off out with the kiddywinks for a nice meal at Number 16 here in Glasgow.

Anyway, enough waffle.  Yesterday, note the 'yesterday' a new challenge started over on Whimsy Stamps and I completely forgot about a card to showcase.   Slapped wrists for me lol

I've used three CD's for my card this week.  The papers are from Sugar Birdies, image and embellies are from Sundae of Seasons and the sentiment is from Sugar Plum Daisy.  How's that for mixing and matching? 

A spot of the dreaded (cough) hw now and then I'm off to Tesco for the food shop.  Bet you wish you lived me exciting life lol
